Clark North - Director

Edward Clark Estates is owned by Clark North who has been selling property locally for a number of years.

Clark started of as an office junior, as soon as he left school, at the age of 16 and has progressed rapidly by working hard and climbing up through the ranks. In this time Clark has got a fantastic reputation for providing excellent customer care and offering a wealth of local knowledge. He believes that the client should be given a silver service to fulfil all their requirements.

Clark likes to socialise with friends in his spare time and go to the cinema.

Russell Davis - Sales & Lettings

Russell brings in excess of ten years experience within the industry to Edward Clark Estates. Russell started off working for a family based independent estate agency as an office junior just over ten years ago and quickly progressed in his career to include residential sales, lettings, valuing houses, new build and construction including on site experience on a new development, right up to Branch Manager.

In his spare time Russell enjoys travelling abroad, he is a keen scuba diver in the summer and has a passion for winter sports in the winter months.

Shelley Tremain - Sales & Lettings

Due to the recent success of Edward Clark Estates Shelley joins us to compliment our expanding team. Boasting in excess of 7 years experience in the property industry Shelley has a keen and in-depth knowledge of the house buying and selling process. Like our existing team Shelley has a passion for the job and strives not only to be successful, but to provide excellent customer service and achieve the best possible price for your home.
