Fees for Landlords

LET ONLY – Marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, conducting relevant checks on prospective tenants (including referencing and credit) and finalising the tenancy agreement – One Month’s rent plus VAT- NEGOTIABLE.

FULL MANAGEMENT – Includes the above, and registering the deposit with the Deposit protection Service, monthly rental collection, pursue non payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears, obtaining quotes for repairs and arranging remedial work to be carried out, carrying out 4 routine inspections per year and notifying the landlord of the outcome, liaising with utility suppliers. Initial Let Fee – 2 weeks rent plus vat Monthly Management Fee 10% plus vat – NEGOTIABLE.

CONTRACT RENEWAL – Renewing and updating the tenancy agreement at the end of the tenancy period - £80.00 plus vat.

COURT ATTENDANCE – Attendance at court in relation to the tenancy £50.00 per hour.

RENT GUARANTEE – Rent Recovery Plus Policy Annually £250.00 plus vat.

INVENTORY - £100.00 plus vat.

GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE – Annual Gas Safety Certificate £80.00 plus vat.

EPC – Energy Performance Certificate - £80.00 plus vat.
